I met Mateja Loncar when I was at a training camp in South Africa.

 

After a long flight and some hard days of training my back and glutes felt too tight to train proper. Mateja offered to give me treatment.

I normally only work with the same two people for thearapy and did not know what to expect.

The treatment was very different to what I am used to..no pain and at times I was not sure what Mateja was doing but when I got up from the therapy my back felt very different, and most important I was ready to go back into full training.

The treatment is very unique and specialized, unlike any I’ve had before. Working on fine detail re-alignment that had me feeling great range of motion with more comfort than before.

Mateja’s treatment is subtle, and allows for training on the same day without much muscular bruising.

 

The treatment would be a great tool to add regularly for proper alignment management and would be significant in injury prevention in the long run.

Za masažo sem se odločila zaradi težav s hrbtenico, ki so se pojavile po zlomu rame.

Redna tedenska masaža je pripomogla k zmanjšanju bolečin in tudi sicer k boljšemu splošnemu počutju.

Mateja je izvajala različne vrste masaž: od klasične masaže do refleksne masaže stopal. V nosečnosti so masaže v veliki meri ublažila simptome, ki so značilni za to obdobje (predvsem boleči križ in kolki), z njimi pa nadaljujem tudi v poporodnem obdobju.

Priporočam vsem, ne samo nosečnicam in mamicam z dojenčki, ampak vsem, ki želijo kaj dobrega narediti za svoje zdravje.
